Payment
-Payment will need to be made before I start any commission.Refunds
-Refunds are only available during the sketching phase. After I start lining your commission, I will NO LONGER be qualifying you for a refund. I will confirm the final sketch with you before I continue.Deadlines
-If you have a deadline you need the finished art by, PLEASE include it in your form.Spotlight
-As the artist, I will be using finished products as commission examples as I see fit, using my art for self promotion, and claiming my art as something I produced.
-You as the commissioner may post your art wherever you like.
-You may only use your commission for personal use only.Other
-All work will be digital only. I do not send physical copies of any art pieces.
-I hold all rights to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.It is considered copyright infringement if you:
-Reproduce the copywrite artwork commercially. (make any form of money with it.)
-Take any credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Remove any watermarks/signatures without consent.
